I had a bad impression of this place because of an issue that happened to my car while installing a side mirror, the staff in the front desk definitely needs to improve their service because they are not the kindest, but I can also say, the owner of this business contacted me right away and made things right which certainly made me feel way more comfortable with this business knowing he took full responsibility, made things right and was super fast in responding regarding the situation.

Helped me out big time trying to get home in a snow squall. Stopped in in the hopes they could help me fix my windshield wiper because it stopped working and I literally couldn't see out the windshield. I was in and out in like 5 minutes and it was fixed! My latest review Nov. 2025 Just had another 5 star service at OK tire. This job was unconventional and difficult involving the threads for the oxygen sensor and a new wiring harness for my trailer - all on a 2003 Honda Element. OK Tire got ‘er done no problem so the Honda lives on! First Review 2024: OK Tire has won me over now. That’s two appointments I’ve had since moving here in April ‘24. And the service was excellent both times. This last time I had a lot of work done on an older car and I’m very happy. Marcia and Pat inspected the car and found lots of things that needed work - some immediately, some pretty soon. I’m pretty mechanical and everything they came up with was on my list of possible concerns. And the estimate came with photos and videos which showed exactly what was wrong. So I got a really nice, prompt, no-pressure estimate process, followed by the service itself (which was prompt as well) all with no surprises. So now I’ll be bringing my other car to OK Tire for its regular service as well. It’s nice when you move to a new town and find someone professional and trustworthy to work on your cars. Was totally worth driving 50 mins to have their technicians service my vehicle. From booking an appointment to leaving the shop, they were communicating any issues promptly with course of action with any issue found. Originally went in for an alignment tho they were able to help resolve issues found. Fair prices courteous staff, I'd recommend taking your vehicle here.

Had an appointment for a front end alignment and on the way to the shop I had fuel line issues. When I got to the shop they were very friendly and helped me find a pin hole in my fuel line and gave me a reasonable quote for all the work. They also fixed my fuel line and had me back on the road that day even though it was late in the day on a Friday. I’m very grateful for the service techs help and professionalism and for the service ladies help and kindness thank you very much for all the work on my truck

I like the way this place operates. Scheduling an appointment online was easy and I was in two days later for an alignment, before Civic holiday weekend. While waiting in their customer lounge I was sent (text and email) a report of my vehicle condition and maintenance recommendations. Work didn't take too long and pricing was fair. This shop will be my go-to when I'm around Bruce/Grey area.
