After a prompt diagnosis, brake defects were identified and messaged to me complete with photos and repair estimate. All aspects of my visit were performed in a timely manner and I was on my way before the end of the day.

Was totally worth driving 50 mins to have their technicians service my vehicle. From booking an appointment to leaving the shop, they were communicating any issues promptly with course of action with any issue found. Originally went in for an alignment tho they were able to help resolve issues found. Fair prices courteous staff, I'd recommend taking your vehicle here.

Had an appointment for a front end alignment and on the way to the shop I had fuel line issues. When I got to the shop they were very friendly and helped me find a pin hole in my fuel line and gave me a reasonable quote for all the work. They also fixed my fuel line and had me back on the road that day even though it was late in the day on a Friday. I’m very grateful for the service techs help and professionalism and for the service ladies help and kindness thank you very much for all the work on my truck

Had a safety certificate inspection and other work done on my car. They were able to get me in swiftly as well as finishing the work at a good pace. Dropped by emergency due to flat tire. They fixed it very quickly with reasonable price. On top of that they cleaned outside of my car as a courtesy, what a surprise! Really appreciate for the kindness.

I like the way this place operates. Scheduling an appointment online was easy and I was in two days later for an alignment, before Civic holiday weekend. While waiting in their customer lounge I was sent (text and email) a report of my vehicle condition and maintenance recommendations. Work didn't take too long and pricing was fair. This shop will be my go-to when I'm around Bruce/Grey area.

Have been using Pickett's/Booys/ Now Ok Tire for 10+ years. Competitive prices, great service, and they now have a great waiting 'lounge'. FYI they will store your summer or winter tires for the season for $25.00. Cheapest I've ever seen.

I appreciate the breakdown of services required and the patience in explaining all the details and prioritizing what is essential to complete. My first experience with OK Tire was after my car broke down on the side of the road and it was the place I was recommended to get it towed to. This stressful situation was made a breeze by the staff! They update you every step of the way and send a detailed explanation of all recommended repairs for your approval. I have been back a few times since then and received nothing but great service each time. I really like that they wash my car as well, and the fact that they can contact me via text message is extremely handy as I work in a loud environment and am not often available to speak on the phone. Thank you!! 😊

I stopped by OK Tire right at 8am when they opened to see if they could replace my broken windshield wiper. Just six minutes later, I was back on the road with a new one installed! OK Tire has won me over now. That’s two appointments I’ve had since moving here in April ‘24. And the service was excellent both times. This last time I had a lot of work done on an older car and I’m very happy. Marcia and Pat inspected the car and found lots of things that needed work - some immediately, some pretty soon. I’m pretty mechanical and everything they came up with was on my list of possible concerns. And the estimate came with photos and videos which showed exactly what was wrong. So I got a really nice, prompt, no-pressure estimate process, followed by the service itself (which was prompt as well) all with no surprises. So now I’ll be bringing my other car to OK Tire for its regular service as well. It’s nice when you move to a new town and find someone professional and trustworthy to work on your cars. Top notch service! Picked up some great winter tires for a great price, and they were able to get me in on short notice of just a few days. They store the summer tires for only $30 which was worth every penny rather than dragging them into my garage. Alignment, Balancing and the re-learn on the tire pressure sensors means a seamless transition from summer to winter. I'm feeling confident with my purchase and will be back every season to let them do what they do best! Great group of ladies at the front desk, super helpful! The owner even came out to say hello and thank me for being a customer, that's the kind of service you only get in a town like this. OK tire, more than just OK. Update Spring 2025. - Just got my tires swapped for the spring and what great service, they even washed my truck! Starting the spring off on a great note - Highly Recommend!!! 5+Stars
